Questions
What is PPC or “paid clicks”?
PPC means pay per click: a charging model used in some advertising campaigns. Paid advertising can also use other charging models. A click is a visit, not a guaranteed customer; we evaluate useful enquiries and their quality alongside traffic.
How much should I budget for Google Ads or social advertising?
It depends on your offer, competition, audience and goals. We separate media spend from our service fee and agree a test budget and review points before starting. Website calculator estimates do not include advertising services or media spend.
Do you guarantee leads, sales or first place on Google?
No. Results depend on demand, competition, the offer, budget and your sales follow-up. We agree measurable goals and report what the available data shows without promising specific results.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes. We first check the platform, landing pages, forms and available tracking. Sometimes focused improvements are enough; a rebuild is proposed only when the existing site cannot support the agreed work.
Will my landing page work on mobile?
We plan responsive layouts, clear content and easy-to-use forms. Mobile usability and page performance are reviewed as part of the agreed scope.
Will tracking show every sale?
No. Consent choices, browser restrictions, offline activity and attribution differences can limit measurement. Reports distinguish measured events from confirmed customers where that information is available.
Do you manage organic social media too?
Content planning and copy can be included. Posting, community management, photography and video production are separate scope items, so you know exactly what is included.
